Position Overview:
The Division HR Manager is the people and culture consultant for their assigned client group responsible for leading talent management and engagement practices, as well as associate relations and administering HR policies and procedures through others. The purpose of this position is to closely partner with Resort Operations leaders ensuring culture, engagement, and talent management aligns with MasterCorp’s values, guiding principles, and organizational objects. This position will be the “go to” for people side of the business within their assigned client group.

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all housekeeping Operations for luxury resort property. Duties include staffing and managing staff, insuring that rooms are cleaned to company standards. The Housing Manager is a key manager position who plays a key role in administering housing and transportation for non-local associates. The Housing Manager will coordinate all logistics concerning a non-local associate from pre-arrival, transportation, housing compliance, and departure activities including managing of MasterCorp drivers who transport Associates. The Housing Manager is responsible for all MasterCorp activities at company-sponsored or company-owned housing. The Housing Manager will also be responsible for the daily activities at the dwelling including inspections, being the housing liaison for the region and actively involved in the eviction process if one shall arise. Successful tracking week rent and security deposits to ensure compliance with the Housing Agreement. Successful review and understand of the P&L statement for the regional housing in the area and be able to critique and provide variance explanations.
The Senior Region Operations Manager will report directly to the Regional Director (RD). The Senior Regional Operations Manager will help plan and oversee the daily operations of the region to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

The Director of Laundry Operations is responsible for oversite of the Laundryoperations.This positionis responsible for all related functions, procedures, programs and policies in achieving standards and efficient operations of the Laundryoperations. Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching and counseling respective Associates. This position will ensure Associates’ commitment to maintaininglaundry expectations through observation, communication and recognition. This leader will serve as a role model, develop talent and provide staff support in handling complex situations. Other activities include managing outside contractors to perform certain repair or replacement projects.

This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, interior finishes, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe and friendly environment. Additionally, this position is to determine if the required repairs or maintenance exceeds the skills, abilities, and/or time constraints of the technician. If it is determined that an outside contractor is required, the technician is to determine the needs and make recommendations to manager to contract out the repairs/maintenance.
The front desk coordinator/receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and vendors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. Additionally, this position performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work and supports the Office Manager with travel arrangements for associates and with associate appreciation activities.
