The Vice President of Floor Care is the principal person responsible for MasterCorp’s floor care operations ensuring a high standard of floor care excellence at all MasterCorp sites and business lines.  Additionally, the VP of Floor Care maintains a professional and effective relationship with clients, potential clients, direct reports, site teams, and our corporate team. This position implements, evaluates, and monitors processes to ensure client expectations are met while ensuring site contractual obligations, company policies and procedures are followed.  The Vice President of Floor Care will also be responsible for growing the business outside of the current structure which is timeshare housekeeping.  Floor Care will be a stand-alone business under the MasterCorp Hospitality Services umbrella performing services for Commercial facilities and potentially Residential offerings.  The Vice President of Floor Care must have the experience and the ability to drive growth, manage scalability and deliver industry leading services and results.

The Division Vice President (DVP) is the primary business leader for an assigned geographic division or the Company’s portfolio. This Leader is directly responsible for the overall financial performance (EBITDA) and operations results (GOP), as measured through KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, standards of operations, and assets that exist within the assigned Division. This position will also be aligned with daily oversight of “flagship resorts” within the market due to complexity of property and exposure within the company.
