The Financial Analyst I supports the Divisional Vice Presidents and Regional Directors on financial matters in the assigned regions, providing in depth analysis and decision support. The purpose of this position is to provide quantitative analysis of the assigned business units for the purpose of making better business decisions. Additional responsibilities include reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and issues on a consistent basis and various ad hoc projects. Will be required to read financial statements, understand business drivers and be able to report of trends effecting the business. Provide profitability analysis to improve the financial performance as it relates to both revenue and expenses. Strong presentation and communication skills are required, as well as solid business acumen and attention to detail. Individual must possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
