The Corporate Manager, Learning and Development plans, develops, implements, and administers development and training programs for company associates. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
The Administrative/Recruiting Assistant provides high volume administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team. Primarily responsible for assisting in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategy in their specific markets. They support hiring for high-volume site-based operations by screening, setting up/scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling, and facilitating the new hire process.

The Director of Business Development develops and implements sales strategies for all MasterCorp’s Commercial Services Division. This person also manages client relations with the senior operations leadership teams for the brands MasterCorp serves with particular focus on our “Blue Chip” clients. The purpose of this position is to secure new business contracts with new clients and the expansion of business contracts with current clients. The Director will collaborate with MCS’s executive leadership team and other business leaders in the selling of MasterCorp and its entities to the commercial services industry.
The Corporate General Counsel (CGC) is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives for the organization. The CGC provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation. The CGC is directly involved in complex business transactions in negotiating critical contracts and workforce immigration matters. The CGC provides legal counsel to chief executive officer, senior management as well as other members of all business units and at levels within the organization. The successful CGC will effectively minimize probability of exposure while ensuring the business continues to grow and expand.
The Regional Director of Housekeeping is responsible for all housekeeping operations at resorts within the assigned region. Duties include staffing, insuring quality standards are being upheld throughout the region,develop and maintain positive relationships with resort management, and meet financial goals as determined by current and future strategies.

The Senior Director, Floor Care is the principal person responsible for MasterCorp’s floor care operations ensuring a high standard of floor care excellence at all MasterCorp sites and business lines. Additionally, this position maintains a professional and effective relationship with clients, potential clients, direct reports, site teams, and our corporate team. The Senior Director implements, evaluates, and monitors processes to ensure client expectations are met while ensuring site contractual obligations, company policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, this position is responsible for growing the business outside of the current structure which is timeshare housekeeping. Floor Care will be a stand-alone business under the MasterCorp Hospitality Services umbrella performing services for Commercial facilities and potentially Residential offerings. The Senior Director must have the experience and the ability to drive growth, manage scalability and deliver industry leading services and results.

Additionally, this position performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work and provides support with various tasks including travel arrangements for Associates, Associate appreciation activities, and preparation for various Company meetings.
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing Mastercorp’s open vacancies across the national footprint for prospective candidates. The Talent Acquisition Advisor is also responsible for educating and ensuring managers comply with the recruitment process and policies, developing local market plans, delivering the headcount identified in the Demand Forecast, posting positions, developing new channels of talent in the assigned markets, and leading the talent acquisition process in their assigned territory. The purpose of this position is to assist in the qualitative and quantitative management of recruitment activity, metrics, planning, and managing associated costs.
