We are expanding our services to the resorts we service in the Orlando / Kissimmee area. We are seeking Preventative Maintenance Technicians with 1+ years of basic skilled trades experience. (Basic painting, electrical, plumbing etc.)
You will work at several resorts in the area and earning potential will average $14 - $15 per hour.This is a direct hire permanent position within our team NOT a third party firm looking to give temp labor.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, interior finishes, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe and friendly environment.
The Director of Laundry is responsible for oversite of the Laundry operations. This position is responsible for all related functions, procedures, programs and policies in achieving standards and efficient operations of the Laundry operations. Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching and counseling respective Associates. This position will ensure Associates’ commitment to maintaining laundry expectations through observation, communication and recognition. This Director of Laundry Operations will serve as a role model, develop talent and provide staff support in handling complex situations. Other activities include managing outside contractors to perform certain repair or replacement projects.
The Staff Accountant II position will be responsible for various aspects of accounting and compliance. An individual in this role will be analyzing financial accounts, conducting month-end close processes, and financial analysis techniques partnering with operations to drive success. The purpose of this position is to precisely manage various accounting procedures while partnering with other departments to communicate techniques and operation plans.

The Payroll/Billing Specialist position supports the Payroll Department by performing tasks to maintain employee payroll records. Duties include data entry, validation, and auditing of work performed, and general administrative work. In addition, this position is responsible for processing weekly payroll and billing for assigned sites, while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with employees (both operations and corporate).
