The Customer Service Coordinator will interact with the MasterCorp Commercial Services’ customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.
The Legal Claims Assistant will support the Legal and Risk Management Department, ensuring that all claims meet the established reporting and systems standards set by MasterCorp, Inc. and any designated subsidiaries and/or affiliates. The Legal Claims Assistant will report to the Senior Risk Manager and will provide administrative support for all claims reporting and legal matters, including foreign labor, contract administration and renewal, and dispute resolution. This role requires maintaining strong communication channels with the department and operational teams to gather claim reporting information and adhere to reliability, performance, and customer expectations.
