The Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the supervision of cleaning personnel.  A Supervisor/Inspector must ensure the company mission statement and values are followed by all staff that report to them. The purpose of this position is to oversee cleaning personnel and make sure that units are being cleaned effectively and in the most efficient way.

The Account Management Administrator supports the Shared Services on the Billing area, by performing duties necessary for the accurate billing calculations and process. The position oversees the task of sending invoices to customers and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is billed accordingly. This includes working directly with customer billing portals and customer requests.  Additionally, this person will assist the accounting team with various reconciliations and projects as needed throughout the month.

This role provides a foundational understanding of purchasing operations within a business setting, while developing skills in attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
