The Corporate Manager, Learning and Development plans, develops, implements, and administers development and training programs for company associates. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.


  • Direct the needs assessments for training staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
  • Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans
  • Design, Develop and deliver training programs for management and employees
  • Develip learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans
  • Review evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments
  • assess effctiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance
  • Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadershop matters. Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance
  • Design/ code applications following specifications using the appropriate tools
  • Perform analysis oversight during initial design and problem solving of assignments
  • Insure completed assignments meet deadlines and departmental and corporate standards
  • Encourage and administer appropriate professional development opportunities for developers
