Overview

This position will manage the Recruiting function to efficiently and cost-effectively assure a high caliber and diverse workforce that will support sourceMaster’s business goals. The Recruiting Manager will perform full-cycle internal job placements and external recruiting by identifying and engaging with senior level executives and Recruiters.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and 3 years in recruiting leadership experience and/or Human Resources experience.
  • 5 years broad based recruiting and sourcing experience for multiple levels and functional areas.
  • Prior experience in executing new sourcing strategies to include social media.
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Branch Directors and Recruiting Specialists and candidates. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally. 
  • Other: Quality execution in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Strategic thinker with data analysis and analytical skills. Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness and the ability to be detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bi-lingual - ability to read, write and speak the English / Spanish language to communicate effectively.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in Recruiting or Staffing Industry. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for sourceMaster, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while collaborating with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Effectively source passive candidates and build talent pools in anticipation of future open positions.
  • Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels.
  • Keep sourceMaster engaged with social media to increase our ability to source talent.
  • Build talent pipelines and recruit in a variety of venues that target critical level talent.
  • Partner with Executives, Directors, and Recruiters to assess talent needs and strategize on new recruiting initiatives.
  • Enthusiastically serve as a strong ambassador of the sourceMaster brand.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers. Drive offer process, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Report and analyze results of recruiting processes and sources.

Assist with on-boarding new hires.
