- Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels.
- Keep sourceMaster engaged with social media to increase our ability to source talent.
- Build talent pipelines and recruit in a variety of venues that target critical level talent.
- Partner with Executives, Directors, and Recruiters to assess talent needs and strategize on new recruiting initiatives.
- Enthusiastically serve as a strong ambassador of the sourceMaster brand.
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers. Drive offer process, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Report and analyze results of recruiting processes and sources.
Assist with on-boarding new hires.
