The Sr. Director of Total Rewards is responsible for developing and directing the strategic planning, design, implementation and administration of the organization’s total rewards function. The Total Rewards team includes HRIS, compensation, benefits, ADA accommodations and leaves. This position provides thought leadership around the strategic direction and design of these areas as well as drives necessary changes to create best practices, improve processes, and effectively engage all stakeholders, including operations, associates, brokers and vendors. And, the individual works to ensure that programs enable MasterCorp to attract and retain the right talent, so that the company remains competitive while supporting the needs of a diverse workforce.
