Overview

THE ROLE:

 

The Sr. Director of Total Rewards is responsible for developing and directing the strategic planning, design, implementation and administration of the organization’s total rewards function. The Total Rewards team includes HRIS, compensation, benefits, ADA accommodations and leaves.  This position provides thought leadership around the strategic direction and design of these areas as well as drives necessary changes to create best practices, improve processes, and effectively engage all stakeholders, including operations, associates, brokers and vendors. And, the individual works to ensure that programs enable MasterCorp to attract and retain the right talent, so that the company remains competitive while supporting the needs of a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic thought leadership with regard to maximizing value while controlling costs to optimize ROI across all benefit and compensation programs
  • Research, conduct RFP's, recommend and manage the implementation and administration of all employee health, welfare and retirement programs
  • Analyze benefit plan experience for high cost claims, risk-assessment, and proactive engagement with providers to effectively forecast and manage claims
  • Oversee evaluation and implementation of system upgrades and audits within Ultipro
  • Assist the SVP of Human Resources with developing and supporting an executive compensation strategy
  • Oversee and manage the various company bonus programs in conjunction with Operations and Finance

  • You have substantial experience in Human Resources in leading major enterprise-wide programs in a large, complex, global, corporate environment; creating and leading teams, motivating, coaching and developing high performers
  • You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence all levels within the organization and effectively communicate and influence at all levels with negotiation skills.
  • You have demonstrated leadership in strategy development and effective execution of programs to deliver business results.
  • You have a previous record of success in developing solutions in benefits, compensation, and HRIS.
