The Regional Vice President (RVP) is the primary business leader for an assigned geographic region. This Leader is directly responsible for the overall financial and operations results, as measured through KPIs, standards of operations, and assets that exist within the assigned region. The RVP represents MasterCorp with all clients and ensures that the values and culture of the Company are communicated throughout the region. By providing leadership and directions, the RVP manages the Senior Regional Directors and Regional Directors and coaches them daily to achieve assigned goals and foster a positive work environment with our customer(s). The RVP is responsible for ensuring standards are met regarding Associate selection, development, and retention for all Associates in the region. The Leader will directly supervise Senior Regional Directors/Regional Directors and partners with the Divisional Director of HR, Regional Recruiters, and Trainers within the assigned Region/Division. The RVP must ensure the Company’s mission statement and values are followed, always motivated by the best interests of the Company, its employees and customers.
The purpose of this position is to develop, cultivate and maintain a high standard of excellence at each assigned site within the Region. Create and establish plans and actions to ensure each Senior Regional Director/Regional Director is meeting and exceeding set goals and objectives. Ensure site contractual obligations, company policies and procedures are followed. Inspire a positive culture at each site within the Region.
