We are currently seeking an experienced, Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic MasterCorp team. Position will be based in Las Vegas, NV and be responsible for leading a team of full-cycle Talent Acquisition professionals supporting our field operations throughout the Western US.


Our Talent Acquisition Manager will be accountable for West team’s overall recruiting effectiveness by proactively measuring, reporting and improving results. To meet the hiring goals of the business, our TA Manager will need to build strong and trusting relationships with operations hiring leaders; collaborate extensively with team members on search strategies and use multiple recruitment tactics including grassroots connections, digital marketing, social media and community partnership initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources or applicable area. Work experience maybe substituted for formal education
  • 5 years of progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition with 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume recruiting operational environment
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) language skills highly preferred
  • Previous leadership experience managing multi-site, remote team is preferred
  • Demonstrated job marketing, networking, and community-based recruitment expertise
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to discuss recruitment metrics
  • Available for overnight travel within region up to 40% of time with potential international travel

Essential Functions

  • Support team’s full-cycle recruitment efforts by defining sourcing strategy, generating qualified applicants, assessing talent effectively, partnering with hiring leaders to meet hiring targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team supporting each team member’s career development goals and performance by training, coaching, analyzing metrics and celebrating successes.
  • Proactively manage team’s requisition workload to ensure resources are flexed and optimized to meet variable business needs across regions
  • Develop strong working relationships with regional operations directors and divisional senior leaders. Serve as primary talent advisor for all staffing needs by identifying opportunities, presenting strong business solutions, market-based strategy and meeting talent demand for designated geography.
  • Work with hiring leaders to design and implement highly effective, results-driven recruiting strategies
  • Travel throughout regions as needed for hiring events, in-market recruitment and client visits
  • Evaluate existing recruitment processes to insure effectiveness and efficiencies from the application to hire process
  • Identify trends in feedback and provide follow up for issue resolution and/or appropriate communication to the business leaders
  • Proactively audit internal service levels and recommend changes as needed
