The Sr. HRIS Manager is a key player of the MasterCorp team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards and working cross functionally and collaboratively with Information Technology and Human Resources professionals and executives. The Sr. HRIS Manager will lead the efforts to optimize our HRIS system (UltiPro) and be the bridge between Information Technology, HRIS systems, Human Capital and is responsible for supporting the execution of MasterCorp’s HR technology roadmap and the ongoing and operational needs of the Human Capital function.
As an innovative thinker capable of maximizing the HRIS systems to support our business goals across the organization, you will own the Human Capital function and data accuracy across the organization.
