The Vice President, Talent Acquisition will set the vision, strategy and roadmap for the talent acquisition function in a high growth organization. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record defining talent acquisition strategy, developing processes, managing the pipeline, and creating metrics and reporting to make sure the recruiting function is running efficiently. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, you will be a key leader on the HR team.
As an innovative thinker capable of launching new programs to support our business goals across the organization, you will own driving a culture of data accuracy across the TA function.
