The purpose of this position is to plan and direct the organization’s ongoing HRIS administration to support short and long-range Human Resources goals. Leads the efforts to optimize the Company’s HRIS systems - UltiPro, iCIMS and other HR related systems. Responsible for building an HRIS infrastructure capable of supporting the continued growth of the business and ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective. The HRIS Manager must ensure Company mission statement and values are followed, always motivated by the best interests of the Company, its employees and customers.
Experience and Education Requirements
Demonstrated ability to:
Computer Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Experience as administrator of UltiPro HR System.
