The HRIS and Compensation Manager is responsible for overseeing the Human Capital Systems and managing the design and development of compensation programs. Serves as the subject matter expert and super user to ensure data integrity, produce people analytics, and efficiency of system utilization.
The purpose of this position is to plan and direct the organization’s ongoing HRIS administration to support short and long-range Human Resources goals. Leads the efforts to maximize UltiPro, iCIMS and other HR related systems to build an HRIS infrastructure capable of supporting the continued growth of the business and ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective. Manages the strategic development and ongoing administration of compensation programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The HRIS & Compensation Manager must ensure Company mission statement and values are followed, always motivated by the best interests of the Company, its employees and customers.
Experience and Education Requirements
Computer Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Experience as administrator of UltiPro HR System.
