    Responsible for the management and administration of all internal and external websites.  Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure all digital marketing processes and programs promote our business, create brand awareness and enhance the user experience, while improving engagement results. Contribute to the creative process through design, content and insight. Work with the various departmental content owners to promote an effective and engaging internal communications and information sharing platform.

    Qualifications

    Experience and Education Requirements

    • HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, JavaScript
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
    • Strong background in branding, digital content management and design
    • Proficient in SharePoint Online Administration and creative content tools
    • Experience with Web Content Management tools
    • SharePoint a Must

    Essential Functions

    • Web Designer/Administrator
      • Own and manage Content Management System for all public facing websites
      • Create landing pages for any ad campaign or internal communications
      • Administer all departmental SharePoint resources
      • Ensure responsive design for all websites and good experience on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
      • Take ownership of web development projects including coordinating with internal stakeholders and routine updates on project status
      • Analyze digital platform functionality gaps and under-utilized capabilities and identifies ways to optimize performance of digital assets
      • Act as a technical resource for digital platforms in marketing, such as implementing or troubleshooting API connections.
      • Ensure cross-platform/cross-browser functionality, navigability, usability, and accessibility of websites and other digital marketing assets.
      • Work with Communications/Marketing Manager to identify the overall goals of a campaign and design strategies and tactics to meet those goals, including SEO and SEM.
      • Make recommendations to optimize online opportunities, strategizing all online options and solutions.
      • Assign, create, publish, and manage digital content and ensures user acceptance testing and other quality standard testing is conducted.
      • Serve as the web/digital consultant for the departments, including recommendations, updates, problem-solving, and quality assessments.
      • Develop and articulate overall vision of the marketing data stack to convert requirements into technical architecture or implementable design.
      • Assist in QA and code reviews to ensure the website meets specified requirements.
    • Digital Marketing
      • Develop, manage and design layouts of digital communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, white papers, and brochures
      • Work with the marketing department to assist with the planning, developing and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
      • Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
      • Possess an in-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs
    • UI/UX Designer
      • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with department managers and decision makers
      • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
      • Ensure high quality user experience from all devices (desktop, tablet and mobile devices)
      • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
      • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
      • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
      • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
      • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
      • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
      • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
      • Ownership of style standards for fonts, colors and images
