    The Vice President of Commercial Services is an experienced operations executive who generates significant impact through strategic and tactical directions. The purpose of this position is to lead, direct and coordinate all aspects of MasterCorp Commercial Services (MCS) operations team in support of the organizational goals and growth opportunities. Growing our business will also be a key responsibility of this role; aggressive sales strategies and business relationships will be critical for growth, both organic and through acquisition.

     

    The Vice President of Commercial Services will have 3 direct reports and is responsible for their success; holding them accountable for their respective duties and developing strategic plans for their growth with the organization. This position will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.

    • Regional / Multi-state territory sales experience
    • Proven capability to initiate high-level contact with clients
    • Ability to analyze many variables & choose the most effective course of action
    • Planning and scheduling capabilities
    • Ability to read, write and perform advanced math
    • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
    • Strong time management skills
    • Ability to give, receive, and analyze information
    • Formulate work plans
    • Prepare written materials
    • Articulate goals and action plans  

    Travel Requirements

    • Frequently: 50% of the time.

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets.

    Essential Functions

    Experience and Education Requirements

    • Minimum 8 years in a leadership role with P&L responsibilities, reporting to Senior Executives in a janitorial services and / or healthcare services company.
    • Proven track record of achieving financial results while maintaining great employee relations and culture.
    • Financial acumen regarding P&L, developing quotes, etc.
    • Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
    • Evidence of good client relationship skills, resolving difficulties, and creating partnerships.
