The Sr. Benefits Manager is responsible for designing and implementing MasterCorp, Inc.'s benefit programs aligned with the organizationa business strategy. This position will provide thought leadership around the strategic direction and design of these programs as well as drive changes necessary to move towards best practices, improve processes, and effectively engage all stakeholders, including business leaders, associates, brokers and vendors. This position works to ensure programs enable MasterCorp to attract and retain a talented workforce, that we remain competitive while supporting the needs of a diverse workforce.
