  • Overview

    The Vice President, Talent Acquisition will set the vision, strategy and roadmap for the talent acquisition function in a high growth organization. Our ideal candidate is a natural people leader, passionate about building great teams, defining strategy, developing processes and creating metrics and reporting to make sure the recruiting engine is running efficiently. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, you will be a key leader on the People team. 


    You may be the leader we are looking for, if:

    • You have substantial experience in an executive-level talent acquisition role at a high-growth, high-volume organization whose bulk demographic falls under the non-exempt status
    • You have demonstrated experience managing and scaling a geographically dispersed recruiting team
    • You possess strong business acumen
    • You are capable of communicating and influencing talent decisions across a complex, fast-paced organization.
    • You have previous experience in developing and executing a holistic, data-driven talent acquisition strategy across a medium to large sized organization, while creating a vision and effectively driving change in the organization

    Essential Functions

    As an innovative thinker capable of launching new programs to support our business goals across the organization, you will own driving a culture of data accuracy across the TA function. If these apply to what drives you, this may be the role you’ve been searching for:

    • Oversee the development of recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates in the US
    • Will own the foreign worker program to support our hiring goals, from interviewer training and H2B & J1 international worker recruiting, to innovative diversity and inclusion initiatives
    • Work with key stakeholders to analyze business goals, identify talent needs/or gaps to develop across the organization, and implement programs to find the right talent against current and future workforce planning strategies
    • Support a metrics-based approach to ensure the company hiring plan is achieved efficiently, creating benchmarks for taking a data driven approach to quickly identify and solve pain points
    • Identify the most effective digital/social media channels to drive increased candidate traffic, through content, strategic placement of online recruiting banners, and mobile platform optimization (e.g., role advertising and job applications)
