This position will support the Company’s Risk Management department, property, casualty, auto and general liability claims and will occasionally provide support to the WC claims management process and legal affairs.
The Claims Adjuster is responsible for a timely, client response and disposition of self-administered areas. Investigate thru discovery of work-related documents, staff statements and effectively resolves non-injury personal and property liability claims via telephone, internet or email. Must have excellent customer service. Responsibility extends to all aspects and phases of investigations, evaluations, auto liability, and general liability - negotiations of claims in accordance of lines of authority and best claims practice.
