We are seeking a Field Recruiter skilled in the art of high volume staffing for entry level and supervisory positions. Yes, you must be within commuting distance of Wisconsin Dells, and yes we mean wheeled personal vehicles. Having a private jet or helicopter just won’t work with the cost of fuel.
The Field Recruiter will focus solely on staffing of housekeeping positions: housekeeper, houseperson, dispatcher and supervisor. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have active communication with hiring managers and human resources to identify needs.
The purpose of this position is to own the talent acquisition strategy to meet staffing levels by conducting research of potential talent pools, sources, phone interviews and evaluating external candidates for employment opportunities with the company. This role coordinates the prescribed hiring process and scheduling of successfully screened applicants with assigned hiring managers.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with Regional Directors, Hiring Managers and Human Resources on strategies to meet staffing needs and support of associate retention strategies as needed.
