    Position Summary

    This position is responsible for helping to achieve financial goals, increasing operating performance, creating business plans, budget preparation and management, and overseeing strategic planning and program execution for a national footprint.

    • Minimum of 12-15 years of hospitality management experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
    • Master’s degree preferred
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams
    • Experienced in managing budgets and financial reviews
    • Track record of delivering results
    • Ability to cultivate relationships

    Essential Functions

    • Oversee hospitality team staff of 4 DVP’s to ensure client satisfaction and execution of key initiatives
    • Create, execute and manage client proposals
    • Deliver strategic solutions for clients
    • Identify ways to maximize revenue
    • Analyze financial reports
    • Establish highly productive relationships and partnerships with clients
    • Set and achieve departmental and organizational objectives
    • Attract, retain, and develop the Operations team
    • Demonstrate initiative to adopt new technology and new efficient processes
    • Reports to the Chief Administrative Officer
    • Collaborate with other senior leaders to reinforce the culture and vision
