Reporting to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager will oversee the branch operation functions including hiring staff, facilitate associate training and development, building strong client relationships as well as creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance to achieve the branches financial targets. This important leader will manage contracts and bidding for the Branch. This role will be responsible for leveraging sales opportunities through expansion of existing clients and referral business.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• An associate degree in a field related to this position or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2-4 years of progressive leadership experience in a facility services or operations environment; required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and highly effective interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and vision that drives client satisfaction while generating new business opportunities and increasing team efficiencies and productivity.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize and delegate as needed.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
• Self-motivated team player with a high sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.

• Identify potential clients, generate proposals and close new business to achieve the financial and sales goals for the branch per right client right terms.
• Actively source and update Salesforce for prospects and new business.
• Promote the brand by attending networking events and participating in trade associations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide oversight and support Blue Chip clients based on established business guidelines.
• Ensure team conducts inspections using company approved technology.
• Conduct effective workforce management to include managing labor costs and productivity. May be covered on the next page.
• Conduct weekly operations meetings and ensure team is participating in quarterly training sessions and development meetings.
• Partner with Operations teams to formulate and implement operational efficiencies that improve overall quality.
• Develop and implement action plans that promote business growth, and strong client relations.
• Manage and ensure effective communication between Building Owners, Office Management and all corporate departments.
• Ensure onboarding schedules for all new hires and account transitions are completed and implemented.
• Track and analyze profitability, costing, and bidding strategies of ongoing programs as well as special situations and new businesses operations.
• Ensure that MCS’ policies and procedures are followed by managers and supervisors and perform coaching and counseling as needed.
• Provide MasterCorp systems training to all staff, necessary to facilitate the day to day janitorial.
• Participate, as needed, in special department projects.
• Effectively use and understand MasterCorp’s scheduling program, MasterMind.
• Foster constant, open and transparent communication with all departments including the Operations and Speciality teams.
