Overview

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative brand marketing strategies to elevate our brand awareness and employer value proposition, attract talent through engaging recruiting campaigns, drive customer engagement, and increase market share for our multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to translate brand objectives into compelling marketing initiatives. Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proven track record of success in brand marketing, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing social media, content marketing, or community management including listening, scheduling, and analytics platforms. Google, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Buffer, Sprout Social, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager etc.)
• Experience in graphic design and publishing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), and Canva.
• Experience in print production and working knowledge of printing processes.
• Experience with direct reports and/ or managing agency relationships.

• Highly organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment balancing multiple projects. deadlines and prioritizing assignments from multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to embrace change and navigate ambiguity.
• Passion for branding and developing and enforcing brand guidelines at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills and organization, which include a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to take and provide constructive feedback and implement/ drive changes.
• Self-motivated. (Can work and prioritize without direct supervision)
• Creative and outside-the-box thinker. Solutions driven.
• Proven interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with people at many levels.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is strongly desired.
• Knowledge of the hospitality/ service industry.

Essential Functions

• Take brand ownership and devise the brand architecture and strategy, including the updating and enforcement of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition.
• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.
• Support internal stakeholders by creating campaigns and collateral for Associate programs and engagement.
• Lead the development and implementation of integrated internal & external marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, content marketing, and PR initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging.
• Oversee the work of the Graphic Designer when developing campaign concepts, collaborating on positioning, and look/feel to align back to strategy.
• Partner closely with new business development teams to create marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, presentations, and digital assets (microsites, landing pages, webpages) that communicate our legacy, services, and value proposition effectively.
• Leads plan and rebranding efforts for business acquisitions.
• Own the selection and ordering process of promotional materials, including booth collateral to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Manage all industry partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and certification processes including planning and execution of tradeshows and events.
• Build effective partnerships with Talent Acquisition teams to develop recruiting campaigns and collateral that convey MasterCorp’s employee value proposition.
• Work closely with Communications/ Content Manager to plan and execute brand photoshoots.
• Oversee the day-to-day scheduling, posting, and community management, of MasterCorp’s social media presence across various platforms.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, fostering a deep understanding of our brand values, mission, and vision.
• Develop brand reputation strategies to improve online reviews. Monitor and respond to reviews across various platforms to maintain a positive online reputation.
