    We are seeking a Field Recruiter skilled in the art of high volume staffing for entry level and supervisory positions. Yes, you must be within commuting distance of Branson, MO, and yes we mean wheeled personal vehicles. Having a private jet or helicopter just won’t work with the cost of fuel these days.

     

    The Field Recruiter will focus solely on staffing of housekeeping positions: housekeeper, houseperson, dispatcher and supervisor. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have active communication with hiring managers and human resources to identify needs.

     

    The purpose of this position is to own the talent acquisition strategy to meet staffing levels by conducting research of potential talent pools, sources, phone interviews and evaluating external candidates for employment opportunities with the company. This role coordinates the prescribed hiring process and scheduling of successfully screened applicants with assigned hiring managers.

     

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with Regional Directors, Hiring Managers and Human Resources on strategies to meet staffing needs and support of associate retention strategies as needed.

    Qualifications

    • MUST be willing to obtain reliable home broadband internet connection prior to Day 1. Wireless Hot Spots not supported.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources, related field or equivalent Talent Acquisition or hospitality experience.
    • 1-2 years of professional experience with prior interviewing experience preferred
    • High-volume field recruitment or staffing agency experience preferred

    Essential Functions

    • Collaborates with hiring managers in the identification of staffing numbers.
    • Generate leads, screens & conducts interviews with prospective candidates. Interviews may occur in the office but also at the work site and at other locations including job fairs or other locations.
    • Generate & track requests for local ad placement and other lead generating sources.
    • Maintain candidate database including applicant tracking details.
    • Owns the sourcing plans to meet recruitment needs.
    • Assist sites as needed to formulate sourcing plans to meet their staffing needs.
    • Generate recruitment activity reports.
