This position will ensure consistent & accurate training to multiple sites within the assigned area / region through delivery and training program facilitation.

The purpose of this position is to deliver brand specific training within the assigned region. Assure that all training processes are followed consistently and promotes the site team’s development, following the company’s development programs. Provide basic feedback and communication at various levels of the site and region.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality operations, policies and procedures preferred
  • B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience preferred

 

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel using company provided car to sites within assigned area.

 

 

Other Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to obtain a MasterCorp, Inc. Driver Permit
  • Working knowledge of Spanish preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Decision maker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ensuring that candidates for Lead Supervisor (LS) meet the criteria for certification and are in good standing.
  • Certifying LSs to train site’s new team members.
  • Ensuring all necessary reports are completed and requirements met to certify the LS.
  • Overseeing all training processes on site, ensuring that programs and standards are being followed.
  • Keeping necessary management updated on activities and LSs certified, notify of any problems encountered.
  • Providing periodic evaluations of LSs and recommending development plans.
  • Assessing training needs within site and communicate to appropriate audience.
  • Educating site management of proper training guidelines.
  • Providing support for other training programs as needed.
  • Demonstrates a passion for cleanliness.
