The Director of Laundry Operations is responsible for oversite of the Laundry operations. This position is responsible for all related functions, procedures, programs and policies in achieving standards and efficient operations of the Laundry operations. Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching and counseling respective Associates. This position will ensure Associates’ commitment to maintaining laundry expectations through observation, communication and recognition. This leader will serve as a role model, develop talent and provide staff support in handling complex situations. Other activities include managing outside contractors to perform certain repair or replacement projects.
