As part of our corporate Marketing & Communications team, the Graphic Designer / Sr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for all graphic design & social media marketing strategies, using multiple channels. This position will assist in increasing web awareness and demand for MasterCorp services and expertise and execute key aspects of the companywide content strategy.

The Graphic Designer / Sr. Marketing Specialist will apply creative, design, and copy layout skills to create visually engaging concepts such as logos, promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials to promote our brand name and increase our brand recognition. This position works closely with the Marketing & Communications Director to h create and develop all marketing assets. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and creative individual who can operate within a quick-paced environment to engage visual content across all digital platforms.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a field directly related to this position or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • One to three (1 – 3) years’ experience as a graphic designer.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a social media, content marketing, or community management role.
  • Experience managing content development and publishing advertising on digital platforms. (Google, Meta, YouTube, Twitter ads, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc.)
  • Experience with social media management tools (i.e., Buffer, Sprout Social, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)



  • Highly versed in modern social media trends, platforms, reporting, and use. 
  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, layout techniques, and experience in the execution of print &  digital projects from conception to production. 
  • Strong sense of design and experience in graphic design and publishing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Strong Portfolio that demonstrates excellence in layout, typography, color theory, and basic illustration. Strong conceptual skills with the ability to execute from concept through production. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with an ability to balance multiple projects. deadlines and prioritize assignments from multiple sources. 
  • Strong project management skills and organization, which include a sense of urgency and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes. 
  • Self-motivated. (Can work and prioritize without constant supervision) 
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinking.  
  • Proven interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with people at many levels.  
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. 
  • Analysis, research, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind. 
  • Experience in print production and working knowledge of printing processes. 
  • Experience in the web development process. 
  • Positive, can-do attitude. 
  • Bilingual – Spanish is highly desired.

  • Acting as a visual storyteller, this person will work under the supervision of the Marketing & Communications Director to offer creative everyday solutions (internally and externally), to promote MasterCorp’s services, programs, and expertise to potential new clients, talent, and current Associates.
  • Create and design graphics, logos, client proposal documents, and short-format videos, in various formats and layouts to use on a variety of channels including website, marketing & advertising collateral, paid digital platforms including display, internal campaigns, social media, and other projects.
  • Develop and update the brand standards guide.
  • Responsible for managing and tracking creative material assets and copyrights.
  • Maintain an internal library of marketing, new business development, client presentations, and slide templates and materials. Work with the current vendor to make files accessible to print.
  • Develop and/or enhance branded templates (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF’s) and other documents using varied design styles.
  • Update and create visuals for monthly company newsletters.
  • Development of content, assets, and collateral for events, sponsorships, industry tradeshows, etc.
  • Assist the UI and UX Marketing Designer in refreshing/updating our websites.
  • Develop visual content (creative) for all social media channels and online advertising. Visual content may include original illustrations, photo touch-ups, composites, motion graphics, videos, testimonials, infographics, etc.
  • Present design concepts to the marketing director and incorporate changes and recommended feedback into final designs.
  • Develop engaging and informative content for the internal TV streaming service (MCTV) on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with editing and retouching photography assets when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with all MasterCorp departments as projects require and ensure timely completion of creative projects.


  • Support internal partners in selecting & ordering promotional materials that align with brand standards.
  • Plan and execute content and brand photoshoots.
  • Consult with internal partners on achieving their goals through print & digital marketing & visual strategies.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, posting, management, and monitoring of MasterCorp’s social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manages all social media paid advertising strategies to drive lead generation and support recruiting efforts.
  • Identify target audiences, segmentation, campaign goals, and budgets to assist in developing MasterCorp’s social voice.
  • Create content campaigns and develop strategies for the continual growth of fan bases and generation of social conversation. Identify and proactively jump on industry trends.
  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and any other page interactions.
  • Maintain a strong online voice and consistent messaging always ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor competitors, clients, and key industry players’ activations and content.
  • Measure and report the performance of all social campaigns.
