Operations Manager – Construction is fully responsible for the financial management and operations management of the Construction Division.  Additionally, this position oversees the sales growth of the Division by developing/maintaining excellent relationships with builders.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Associate’s Degree in field directly related to position, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of two years of work experience directly related to the position with progressive responsibilities

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience Leading and Developing a team
• Sales experience - Ideally experience in performing cold calls.
• Comfortable knowledge of construction sites
• Demonstrated experience in commercial cleaning - janitorial, Post Construction Cleaning, Housekeeping, Carpet Cleaning, Pressure Washing and Window Washing/Cleaning.
• Soft people skills - communication, training, listening, caring and leading.
• Excel and Outlook proficiency and general computer skills.
• Managerial accounting knowledge.
• Bilingual would be a plus
• Ability to obtain a MasterCorp Driving Permit (state issued driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle report, and passing of drug screen)

• Full responsibility of the financial management of the Division. Achieve Budget or exceed.
• Grow the business through aggressive sales efforts visiting Job sites to build relationships with builders.
• Schedule and manage all projects one-off and on-going.
• Supervisor and inspect work being performed and completed by our Associates.
• Order and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Hire and retain necessary Associates to complete work.
• Providing Accounting and Payroll and Billing information weekly.
• Oversee necessary vehicles assigned to Division.
• Involved in Builder Association to generate business leads
• Communicate effectively to team members, colleagues, direct report and senior management as required.
