The Facilities Maintenance position is responsible for completing multiple projects simultaneously whilst keeping the grounds clean and safe. Will also coordinate with vendors, operations, and corporate facilities as well as a need to have the ability to use trade equipment and tools. The purpose of this position is to maintain a clean and safe environment for the public and staff on the grounds year-round.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Licenses/ Certificates/ Registration

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Good people skills and logical reasoning abilities.
• Well organized and accountable.
