The HRIS Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all business partners that require HRIS solutions.  This position is responsible for the receipt, review, solution and assignment of all HRIS service desk tickets/inquiries as well as documenting all related processes and resolutions.  This position will also assist other members of the HRIS department with data management and reporting requests in iCIMS and UKG



  • High School Diploma required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • College graduate from IT, HRIS or HR program preferred
  • Minimum of 18 months of HRIS/User Support work experience required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep system data and personal information in strictest confidence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Demonstrated functional understanding of all areas of HRIS systems with iCIMS and UKG preferred

Essential Functions

  • Provide central receipt and review of all HRIS JIRA support tickets for HRIS applications, helpdesk operations and/or data report requests for end-users
  • Perform tier-one troubleshooting, technical analysis/resolution and assigns higher level requests to appropriate parties within HRIS
  • Provide tier-one technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system users
  • Conduct basic HRIS training for all levels in the company on a weekly basis (iCIMS & UKG)
  • Manage and assign system access and permissions in all HRIS applications for all system users
  • Research and resolve other general inquiries/requests as needed
  • Create and maintain HRIS department documentation to ensure all system processes are properly supported
  • Perform basic data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/report on data discrepancies in all systems
