Overview

The HR Specialist supports the HR Operations team, performing duties related to the operations of the HR Department.  This position will assist candidates, associates, and  managers in performing tasks in the various HR systems.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 18 months of successful work experience

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

  • Answer calls that come into the HR Operations Department
  • Appropriately forward calls that relate to other departments
  • Assist new hires and managers in completing electronic onboarding tasks
  • Assist associates and managers in logging into the HR systems
  • File documents into electronic storage system
  • Scan documents into the electronic storage system
