Overview

 

The Regional Director of Housekeeping is responsible for all housekeeping operations at resorts within the assigned region. Duties include staffing, insuring quality standards are being upheld throughout the region, develop and maintain positive relationships with resort management, and meet financial goals as determined by current and future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as Area / Multi-site Operations leadership experience with 1000 rooms
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams, both hourly and management
  • Positive customer service and client service work history
  • Ability to manage conflict
  • Track record of financial performance
